Hello, I submitted an RMA for my Zalman ZM600HP PSU last week on 6/17/10 and have not received a reply yet. The PSU had failed last month and I'm nearing the end of the 3 year warranty (set to expire on 8/18/10). I need to get this done ASAP. What steps do I need to take to escalate this issue? I'm located in the USA.

The RMA is usually a bit backed up since we only have one RMA for the entire US and Canada. Try giving him a call to check up on the progress of your PSU. All he needs if your name
